The problem
Cyber risk is now everyone’s job, yet baseline literacy varies wildly across roles, regions and seniority; a once-a-year conference talk rarely shifts daily habits like spotting phishing, handling data, or using MFA properly. Without a common vocabulary and shared playbooks, organisations struggle to embed secure behaviour at scale.
Community impact is also under-leveraged: employees could be powerful ambassadors, but they lack accessible materials to run bite-sized sessions for peers, families or local groups. This leaves misinformation unchallenged and misses chances to build resilience beyond corporate walls.
The solution
Cyber 101 extends CyberCon before, during and after the event with micro-lessons, interactive challenges, quick-reference guides and “teach-back” packs employees can use to host mini-workshops. Progress tracking, live polls and leaderboards create momentum, while practical checklists and templates help translate learning into everyday, repeatable secure habits.
